Helga James is the mother of two great kids, Olivia (Livy) and Jeffrey.  She has lived in Gulf Shores since 1997.  She and her Husband, Jeff, are proud founders of the Sonny Maxwell James Fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, held every September.  Please contact Barr Group if you are interested in sponsership or attending.

Helga and her Father, Dr. Sonny Barr, began Barr Group in 1997.  Helga serves as President.  She worked for Case International in Colorado Springs, CO prior to moving to the Gulf Shores area.  Helga specializes in second home and investment property financing.  Helga and Jeff are also investors in the area.  They have bought and sold many properties of the years and understand what the buyers are looking for in financing.
